The Toy Fox Terrier ranges from 8.5 - 11 inches tall and weighs 3.5 - 10 pounds. Toy Fox Terriers generally live 13- 15 years with many exceeding that. Toy Fox Terriers were developed in the 1930's from runts in litters of smooth fox terriers, Chihuahuas, Manchester terriers and other small breeds were infused to set the size and type. They initially were used as ratters on farms and also were trained as circus performers. Their small size makes them ideal as pets. Our puppies are bred for pets and are not registered. Our puppies have a one year health warranty.

We are located in Cambridge, Vermont. We have over 30 years experience breeding dogs. Our pups are livingroom raised. Our pups are handled regularly and exposed to the sights and sounds of a busy household. Our babies go home with a goodie bag including a blanket, toy, leash and collar, fleece sweater, fecal bottle, poop pick up bags, puppy pads, starter food, and an informational booklet. They are vet checked with health certificate, dewormed and receive their first vaccines(updated if older).They have a one year congenital warranty and we sell with a spay/ neuter agreement. We do not ship or deliver puppies. We will meet at Burlington VT airport (BTV) for anyone out of state wanting to fly to Vermont to pick up their puppy.

Toy Fox Terriers are playful and love people. They are generally easy to train and can be happy in small apartments as well as rural settings. They are easy to train and can go potty outside or be trained to use washable potty pads inside. Their coats are easy to maintain just bathe and brush.

They come in 4 colors. Blenheim ( red and white), Ruby (red), Tricolor (white with black, tan markings) and Black and Tan.

They have a smooth and silky coat, have minimal grooming requirements.

They are very social, friendly, affectionate, playful in general great family dogs.

They do not bark alot when given proper attention.

They are easy to train with positive reinforcement

What age can I take a puppy home

Generally 8 weeks. Depending on the size and maturity of the puppy occasionally one may need to stay longer. Deposits are usually taken early and I stay in touch with photos as your puppy grows.
